What is Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC)?
It means a construction method whereby free-standing volumetric modules (complete with finishes for walls, floors and ceilings) are made of multiple units complete with internal finishes, fixtures and fittings are manufactured in factories, and are then transported to site for installation in a Lego-like manner.

By shifting most of the fabrication work and wet trades off-site to the controlled environment of a factory, PBUs can yield both time and manpower savings by about 60%.
